Waste of time, your better of making an official legal case with the appropriate court. Just remember to get legal representation and advice before prelims.Final thoughts, the Judge I had was not fair.

I have just finished a 14-day hearing at Croydon Employment Tribunal. I would like to say how kind, helpful and friendly the staff were. In particular, Dave at the front desk, was superb! He notably helped towards putting me, a litigant in person, at ease and his calm, supportive manner, which was professional at all times, was a very welcome start to each day and through the long process. Others were also kind - Fred and Jamal. I'd like to add that none of these three I've mentioned introduced themselves by their first names; it was me who asked. Regardless of the outcome (which I won't know for a couple of weeks), I am glad that I had a fair time and that it was less scary than I'd imagined because of the warmth of the staff. Jo

I have waited 2 years for my Employment Tribunal to he heard, I spent 4 days giving and hearing evidence. One more date was booked to find out the verdict and financial situation, that date was 11th Feb 2021 and was cancelled the day before as there was no Judge available and now I am left in limbo without knowing if I have won or lost, or when another date will be set, I have had no communications from the court since the 10th Feb. My union rep and barrister have been unable to get any information. They have no concept of what they are doing to people or the stress and emotional upheaval this has caused. This is unbelievable behaviour from the Court, I have written to my MP and still no news or communications. Completely left in limbo with a half finished Tribunal case.
