Worse than worse customer service. NO customer service at all. They don't even speak or understand English. They promise things they can't fulfil, pass you onto 50 different people but get you nowhere. Only use BT

Talking is the worst company with the worst policies and customer service. Be sure to avoid it. Lack of communication between teams, Wasting my time waiting for customer service.

Have been with them years but although the service is good, the customer service has become diabolical I last 12 months, when you call it can go through, to South Africa (where they told me to check the wire is on the pole outside and where extremely rude and passive aggressive) (somewhere in asia) Manchester and Ireland and if you get cut off its a lottery for who you get through too, if you get Manchester or Ireland your ok so my advice is hang up and redial til you get them. If you get south Africa your not getting anywhere talktalk are literally throwing money away it makes no sense. Next to useless literally you couldn't make it up phone them up if you don't belive me
