I recently engaged Paul at Inception Support as My MacBook Pro had gone completely Kaput during a software update. Even over the phone Paul was able to identify likely problems. Once I gave my laptop to Paul, he kept in communication and ultimately he was able to sort all my issues, install the latest Mac operating system, speed up my laptop and save all my outlook data in such a way that I was able to retrieve my emails very quickly. To top it all, his pricing is very reasonable, fair and transparent. I highly recommend.

I approached Paul about replacing my battery and hard drive on my MacBook Air. I was really impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. He gave me great advice and listened to me as I explored my options. Also the turn around time was amazing! As a small business owner I live on my laptop and I'd been having problems with connectivity due to the issues with the hard drive and this was affecting my calls with my clients. In less than 24 hours he turned this around and now I have the confidence that I'm not going to have any tech issues when on calls with my clients. Definitely recommend Paul for anyone who needs Mac support. He really knows his stuff and his customer care is fantastic.

I have used Inception Support to assist with the macs in our design studio. Paul can assist from helping set up your studio from scratch and ensuring all the infrastructure is in place. As well he is on hand when something needs fixing. I upgraded my OS recently and it disrupted the functionality of the screen. With one support call, this was fixed and we were back in business. It is great to have the peace of mind and support Inception Support provides.
