        Went in for a quick sausage roll and chicken bake and told the bald man at the till. Because he didnt hear me he rudely went SAUSAGE ROLL AND WHAT? even though i repeated twice. you may be miserable cos youre working in croydon but theres no need to get mad at me. also not smiling at all like have some basic customer service skills.

        Been there 4 times mid afternoon and late morning and the pastries are always cold despite being from the hot cabinet. All other Greggs I've been to the pastries are hot.

        Need to work on restock, tried to go in for a vegan sausage roll at 8am and there was nothing. On a seperate occasion arrived at 7:45 when they were meant to be open from 6 and they were still closed, staff inside but shop completely locked, if you have a set opening time things need to be ready for that opening time not almost 2 hours late.
