        We booked the free room design (they said on the phone and website they could design living rooms). The person who came didn't design anything (he seemed like he was a sales person) but said the best option we could have was a standard, media unit and 3 wardrobes, in the living room. All the pictures in the brochure which he took with him when he left were of pretty much the same media unit. He didn't ask any questions about what we wanted and the standard unit they offered wouldn't be the solution as we need a table too. They were unable to do anything with the understairs cupboard although there were pictures of this on the website. No seating options available according to the sales person although there were some on the website. This was not any kind of design (although the man who came was a nice man). If you're looking for a living room design be aware they will just offer you a standard media unit and no actual design or ideas.
