As a business customer we expect good service. Every time we visit branch we have ti wait 45 minutes in que. They also have removed business counter.

Bad customer service 0 rating . Waste of time here before was good, new staff are rude and had bad experience.

Dont normally write reviews but just here because of one lady called Benadette at the Croydon branch, she is so so super helpful and not just to me but realised she was awesome to every customer that approached her. Wish there was 100 stars here to be given to her... Best customer service ever received... Thank you Miss Benadette...

I do have to say. And the person from this branch deserves to be known by their name. Mr Daniel - was super helpful. He could have refused to help and even discarded my mum's case. However, despite my mum being super under stressed, while tackling her mental health issues, trying to controller her self in public with anxiety and depression. Mr. Daniel assure my mum with he's calm and professional behaviour that he was going to try he's best to attend the matter. After carefully looking at the case/issue, he help my mum get her funds that were stuck within her blocked account pending investigation. I'm not only giving a 5 star review for the the part where Mr. Daniel went above and beyond to try and help my mum's case. I'm giving a 5 star review for the fact that, so many people have been having this same issue and the only person that took time to evaluate and to try and help was Mr. Daniel. So from me and my mum, thank you so much Mr. Daniel for your amazing work.
