Hi everyone I'm long-time euro customer was OK but now here Thornton heath branch getting worse 25min in queue the lady in front desk very useless the give me wrong part's and lost my other jobs

As always painfully slow, I only had to pick up a click and collect order and there was only one person in the queue infront of me but it took 30 minutes while the one person serving tapped away at his computer ,disappeared for 5 minutes, returned with the wrong part,tapped away again,disappeared again, returned with wrong part again ,other staff walking past but all seem happy to let one member of staff painfully slowly serve the growing queue, its always been the same luckily when I eventually got served my small order was found easily but I left wishing I'd just brought the number plate adhesive pads from halfords ,euro parts are good but painfully slow and draining
