We duly booked our space at Killeton for Friday 14th May. We were going to go on our vintage motorcycle but the weather looked abit iffy. I did ring Killeton House as I did not want to leave the bike in the main car park. The nice lady said we could park by the disabled spaces up by the shed which I thought was very helpful. As it was, we did not need it but a very nice thought. The weather played ball and we had a lovely walk around the gardens. The main cafe was open and a tea van adjacent to the main house was serving takeaway beverages and snacks. Back to the gardens which were spectacular. We were very lucky as so many bushes etc were in full bloom. Its a very easy, gentle walk and fully disable friendly. There is a golf buggy by the cafe exit which will wiz you up to the main house are if needed. A great day out for all the family.

Killerton Park Cottage is a delightful property available for holiday stays and breaks through the National Trust. The cottage is charming, spacious, immaculately clean throughout, full of character and with a lovely garden. The location is amazing within the Killerton House grounds. Highly recommended!
