I was fortunate to have a free session with Rich as part of the Cranbrook Health & Well-being day. He really loosened up my neck and shoulder and generously gave me some advice on maintenance. Thank you Rich!

Richard was able to diagnose and treat my shoulder/back rugby/running issue quickly and professionally. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The treatment means I am pain free for the first time in weeks, I will be seeing Richard again and would highly reccomend him.

Fantastic service , I felt Richard was really supportive, informed and really looked at every aspect to work through my injury. I would highly recommend to anyone with an injury or concern, even if your not sure quite what it is he will work with you to find the source of your pain.

I had spent days in agony with neck pain when I visited Pheonix Performance Clinic having never needed anything like this before. I did a little research and found PPC was highly recommended. Communication is fast and thankfully I was able to attend an appointment within days of contacting. I really appreciate being seen so promptly. I was nervous but the consultation was thorough & Rich put me at ease instantly. The treatment was remarkable - I left strapped up & pain free! I recently returned for a follow up appointment and believed that I was feeling fine yet Rich found some tension and knots that he was able to remove. Once again I left feeling fantastic. He is calm, professional & extremely knowledgeable in his field. I really feel the benefit of taking his advice on posture correction and stretches etc. I've already recommended him to colleagues and will return to him myself for some 'tweaking' as I really feel the benefit afterwards. Once again, thank you :-) I can't tell you, how much better I feel!!!!!
