I made a call late in the afternoon explaining the fault adding that it wasn't an emergency. Nevertheless, as he promised, he arrived on time the following morning with the required parts, explained what he was going to do and why and fixed the problem quickly at a reasonable cost. Would be confident to call again and recommend.
