We stayed in Rm1 of the Guest House and it was beyond wonderful. A sympathetically furnished and decorated room... so tasteful and in keeping with the age of the farm house. Kat was a great communicator and gave us such a warm welcome... we both felt instantly relaxed there. We had use of shared bathrooms, lounge and kitchen which were all spacious, well equipped and appropriately sumptuous. The views are indescribable... we took binoculars and could barely pull ourselves away from the window watching a fox, cattle, pheasant and wide variety of birds. It was AMAZING VALUE and if I'm honest, I just want to go and live there!!!!!!! Few minutes drive to anything you need yet a tranquil, country escape.
