        We are extremely disappointed by the sheer lack of consideration and communication,despite several attempts to make contact with the site manager responsible for Redrow Phase 5 Saxon brook. Since the initial ground works and road works were undertaken 15 months ago, there has been no communication or consideration given to the local residents in Sandoe way of the impact of road closures, pavement closures and indeed now the creation of a new show home facility which will undoubtedly increase the traffic through whats already a very narrow road. We have observed Health & Safety issues on site. The water catchment area by Sandoe way is no longer intended to catch water. It has been tanked to the highest level but as the water outlet has been set too low , it will never catch water and will remain as a muddy ditch. Your properties maybe marketed as so called top end of the market. Its shameful that your customer service is so appalling.
