        Strange auction house when you ask for a condition report for an item which has a 600 estimate, then wait a week and have to ask again. And then you get nothing, no reply at all. Obviously not interested in my 1000 for the speakers. Not an auction house I would sell my items through if I wanted to maximize profit. Poor service is poor service no matter who owns the auction house. There are many auction houses who treat customers as some type of inconvenience and they deserve bad reviews. Others fall over backwards to provide a great service and those are the auction houses you use again and again, and the ones who receive good reviews. Henry Aldridge & Sons Bellman's Woolley and Wallis Eastbourne Auction Rooms Hannams Lawrence's of Crewkerne. And there are many more. To name just a few of the excellent auction houses who provide a high level of customer service again and again. Interesting that their 5 star reviews are about the coffee!!
