Forget gold star service Richard offers a platinum star service from the moment you make contact with him to any after sales. Thank you Richard! After a very long search to get my radio repaired or replaced I contacted Car Audio Technic about a repair to my 15 yr car header unit, he inspired confidence for me to send my unit to him. His price was very reasonable, he kept me informed, answered all my questions and provided a fast turn-around service. I wont be going anywhere else for my car audio needs now and you shouldnt either.

over and above service, I only ordered a small radio knob, sent a picture of the radio and as they noticed in the picture that a couple of buttons on it were damaged I received them as well all in. that`s customer care, and much appreciated. thanks again bm

First class service. Had a problem with a Verso sat nav. Initial email response gave a web contact which gave a clear price. The unit was sent for repair and after inspection a further problem (duff laser) reared its ugly head. Further money changed hands, a repair was undertaken very quickly and the unit returned and fitted. Working well and a lot cheaper than a new unit! Excellent service.
