Lewis did a great job of cleaning my patios and clearing years of muck from our guttering! He responded promptly to my enquiry, was on time to the job and polite. Highly recommended!

Lewis is a polite and genuine service provider. He kept me up to date and informed along the way, letting me know hed be late and asking if that meant we should reschedule to another day - all interactions were timely. Unfortunately on his first visit, his kit was minus one important part which had broken. Whilst he cleared the guttering by hand after he left I felt dissatisfied as there were parts of my guttering which would not have been reached with ladder alone. Having been a little hesitant in sharing how I felt, once Id told Lewis he arranged to come back with all his toolkit to redo the job and quickly. Fair play to this service provider for making sure his client was happy and for not making me feel like I was being unfair or a nuisance. Id highly recommend Lewis, I found him to be open and honest - admirable qualities for any trades.
