Very good speedy service for very good value. Couldn't have been more helpful with our pipes freezing in the cold weather. Would not hesitate to recommend.

My partner and I was introduced to Adam by my neighbour, I spoke to Adam about the work that needed fixing and was sent over a quote. The first quote was very sketchy but I decided to ignore this because of the recommendation. When the time came closer to the day of the job, I had some extra jobs added which Adam said was no problem and issued a second amended quote. On the morning of the job, I had an incident with my kitchen sink which needed repairing urgently outside of what was discussed in the second quote, Adam and I agreed the new work via text to cover the urgent priorities needed in the house that morning. Adam went to get a sink which looked very cheap and installed it on the first day of the job. Adam also promised to come back the following day to clear the rubbish hed left outside our home after the first day on the job. I asked Adam to provide the invoice for the work and materials. Adam demanded for payment to be made that night after the first day of the job and loosely explained that he couldnt provide receipts for the materials purchased because receipts are immediately sent off to his accountant. This was extremely bizarre as both my partner and I are self-employed and obtaining receipts, proof of purchase can be obtained in various ways. Adam insisted hed have to check with his accountant first, but the taps cost 40 and the sink was over 100. This was very strange and unprofessional! When my partner spoke to Adam via email to arrange payment and the remainder work, Adam said that he would think about coming back to house to the once the first payment was made. On the following morning, my partner called Adam to try and get an understanding of why Adam was demanding. Adam explained to my partner that he felt I had messed him around by asking him to him to quote for different work in the house, again very strange. If you feel messed around surely you should speak up?! Its your job and in your best interest to explain what you are happy to do or not. We can then also decide to use your services or not. Anyway, Adam agreed with my partner on the second day of the job that hed issue an invoice for the second half of the work before midday and come to complete the work, we didnt hear from Adam again and the rubbish remains uncollected from our house. Extremely professional and First Class service, responded very fast to an Emergency call out. We had major internal flooding down to the ground floor. The problem was located, isolated and Adam then sorted draining all the residual water resulting in absolute minimal damages to decor. A great result from what looked like a disaster when we first discovered it. Thanks again - Highly recommend! Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair
