        Needed a repair in the loft after a burst pipe. Had to chase Jim up several times and was told each time he'll get back to me. I know contractors are busy but lack of Comms is a big disappointment. Not good enough. I've used him before and it was ok then, so I really don't understand this complete failure. If you don't want the job just say so and save us all some time. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

        My daughter called them during the Christmas holidays on behalf of her Nan who had been without heating or hot water for four days. They came out the following day and resolved the problem at a very reasonable price.
