Exceptional service from start to finish. We absolutely could not have done our move without Nick and the team, and we would recommend them 1000%! They are professional, careful, trustworthy, everything you could ever need and more. They went above and beyond to ensure everything we had was packed absolutely perfectly (we had full pack service) and delivered and put into place with exceptional care. They labelled everything expertly. They also went the extra mile to ensure both properties were cared for, even going as far as ensuring they didnt walk over the grass, and having plastic sheeting on carpets, covering doors with padding, and even rolling out the red carpet (photos!). They were patient, hard working, incredibly easy to communicate with, absolutely wonderful all round. They take the stress out of moving, nothing is too much trouble (even moving a 100kg treadmill twice!!). We knew they were brilliant, and when we unpacked everything we truly appreciated just how wonderful and careful they were. 10/10 and 5* stars. Thank you Nick and team x

Nick and the Guys were brilliant, they moved us from Brixworth, Northampton to Newton Aycliffe, County Durham in one day. Professional and personable, nothing was to much trouble. Taking good care of our possessions, putting everything in the right rooms, great team work. A great bunch of people who made our move so much easier than we thought it would be. Nick and his team were fantastic. Nothing was too much to ask. We were moving two houses into one, and the whole team were supportive, friendly, funny (!) as well as taking immense care over everything they did. Each item they moved was treated as treasured. We had poor weather on the day, but this did not cause any issues as they set up an outdoor team and an indoor team to ensure our new home remained spotless. They retained their good humour throughout the torrential rain too! We wouldnt hesitate to recommended them to anyone. Nick instils a great work ethic and attention to detail in every member of his team.

Fantastic experience....I have moved all over the world and Pro-move are by far the best relocation company I have ever used. The team worked so hard on the day..with long hours, humour and professionalism.....they were amazing. Nick and the whole company provide an outstanding service.
