This Surgery has been my main Surgery now for almost 4 years and in that time unfortunately Ive had more visits than I care to mention do to my ongoing medical conditions . The staff there from the reception all the way through to the doctors have always be very helpful friendly and professional on my visits . The on site pharmacy also offers a happy and friendly service so we are indeed luck to have this facility in Melton Constable.

I had an excellent experience here. I went in for a medical, I was greeted by a smiling, happy receptionist and was seen by a friendly, professional and thorough doctor. I genuinely couldnt fault the service.

Receptionist rude and makes you justify your reason for seeing a doctor and still won't book you an appointment if she thinks it's not good enough. Then looks at you as if your thick.

I am giving this surgery 1 star but if I could rate it a fat 0 stars I would ! The reason for this is for a rude arrogant ignorant receptionist which I have just delt with this morning which I have already encountered once or twice in the last 6 months beforehand also and on those occasions she was also rude and abrupt as she was this morning. I only asked to see a doctor for another doctors note which I urgently needed for this Friday or I would not be allowed to return back to work having just had surgery on my knee 2 weeks ago. I also explained it was important I was to see the doctor for an expert opinion if it is okay for me to return on Monday or not because my boss urgently needs to know. Her attitude was dreadful she started pulling faces and trying to make me look a fool saying she didn't understand what i was telling her and this was as soon as I even went to open my mouth to speak by that point the phone rang and instead of saying excuse me please can I answer this and get back to you she just replied with " Oh the phone is ringing" she ignored me so I left extremely rude !
