        I would give Aruna 6 stars if I could. Aruna has such a lovely nurturing nature knowing how to get the best out of you. Giving gentle encouragement when she knows you can achieve more ensuring you get the most out of her classes but at the same time allows everyone to develop at their own pace.

        Aruna is a fantastic teacher such a relaxing and mindful class great for beginners . You are encouraged to only do what you can and you dont feel pushed. I always feel relaxed and leave the class happy with a smile on my face Aruna will do that to you she is fabulous person . Everyone needs a Aruna.

        Aruna is fabulous, all the yoga sessions are different and accessible even if you are a beginner. I have joined a couple of months ago and truly enjoying joining the different groups every week ! really recommend her yoga classes !
