I did the mindful movement classes a while ago when I used to work nearby and they were great- a really holistic, uplifting class in a lovely space, and I still use the sequence now when I need it. Would highly recommend.

Martin is calm, friendly and welcoming. The building is tucked away from busy roads so is quiet. The space is safe and comfortable with dimmed lights and gentle music. There is slight incense in the air and his mats are steam cleaned so are fresh. Upon entering there is a place to sit and store your things, as well as somewhere to change. Before starting this door will be locked, to keep belongings safe, but can easily be opened by turning if you need to leave. At the beginning of each session Martin will introduce himself and ask everyone their names and if they've done yoga before. Everyone has different abilities and we sit in a circle so you can always see how Martin is moving and hear him without obstruction. The circular room and small class size is perfect and means no one sits behind you leaving your full attention for the practice. At the end of each session Martin asks if you enjoyed it - this is lighthearted and often replies are "very relaxing" or "I feel much better". Martin is a great instructor and guides you in a way that is mindful and easy. Now all you need to do is come and experience for yourself and I promise you'll agree.

The Mindful living course is a real breakthrough in the growth of consciousness and compassion to myself and to others. I have experienced since then many benefits in my life, both mind and body. Martin is very friendly and I like his way to teach. I highly recommend martin's yoga class, and mindfulness movement. very professional and relaxing atmosphere. I have Looking forward to next class.
