A powerful and peaceful space to practice yoga and meet with a beautiful community of students, teachers and therapists. I'm always made to feel very welcome and comfortable and look forward to visiting again.

The owner, Waze, taught me his Art of Evolution (Breathing, Motion, Posture) sequence over the course of a couple of months before he opened up this centre in Bristol and it had a profound effect on my life in terms of connecting with myself and tuning into the relationship between my head and my heart - I learnt a lot during this time. It was a pleasure and a privilege to have met and to have practised BMP with him. I visited the centre recently and it is a beautiful space for such a beautiful practise (as well as the other practises that go on there such as yoga and meditation). Get yourself down there 10/10 honestly it's an awesome practise

I go to Natural Healing of a Wednesday afternoon there and it's a really calming, peaceful place. They have lots of alternative therspies on offer. Also have done Mindfulness here. Would recommend people to try Breathe.
