    Ive been doing one to one classes with Katy for about 6 months now. I am very much a beginner and although I have done yoga in the past, I have always struggled to get into it giving up after one class or just not connecting or understanding the teacher. Katy was recommended to me by a friend. She is a fantastic teacher. Patient, inspiring and so knowledgeable about yoga and its health benefits for the mind and body. I have learnt so much and even practice at home on my own now! I thoroughly enjoy Katys class, the hour seems to fly by, and I always leave feeling relaxed and calm and ready to take on the day. Highly recommend Katy.

    I wanted to start a yoga practice that felt inclusive to everyone in the room regardless of background or income. I tried a regular home routine through online videos but found it hard, and the regular classes as well as warmth and openness of Katy and others in my class has made all the difference. Within a few sessions, I could feel benefits to my mental health and to my painful upper back and tight hips. Katy is super friendly and dedicated with a very gentle way of explaining things in a way that resonates. I remember one day she came with some incredible insight from a book on breath work. Every class is unique and a joy and I walk away feeling lighter and more resilient. Katys supported us on everything from breath work to help with daily routines, initiating body scans, advice on using the wall and props, advice for people with specific conditions and even mental health support. She makes an effort to be flexible if your work schedule changes or you need to change something up and she tailors the sessions to everyones needs. I feel like I have resourced myself with the means to practise yoga at home and also carry on at a time that suits me either online or in-person at one of Katys weekly classes.
