My first experience of converting from open grate to stove. Recently bought an ACR400 Tenbury, which was delivered earlier than expected. My local engineer installed it no problem, but there was a slight problem with it burning fuel too quickly. An email to fireboxstoves was answered very quickly (thanks, Luke), taken seriously, and with lots of helpful suggestions, including the correct technical answer. Luke even offered to go to the manufacturer should this be needed. It wasn't - Luke's advice was spot on and after a very small adjustment the stove is working perfectly. Great sales and after sales service. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Where do I start, I asked for all components to fit a log burner and ordered them all. the log burner I was looking at in the showroom was damaged hinges were bent on the door so I asked if they had a new one in stock they, said yes u can pick it all up tomorrow brilliant well that didnt happen no answer tried all day eventually spoke to someone arrange to pick up the following day .they said 8 am I went at 10 am still not ready waited but not long to be fair . put it all in the van opened the box to look Ive got the damaged ones in the show room they packaged it up in a wooden box and most of component missing as it was a display one .really bad service guys I expected more I still took the damage one as I had my kids with me by then I had enough they took off 100 pounds definitely would not recommend if u get the service I had
