Crystal Clear Bristol

Terrible company - left large gaps around the windows which allowed water to get into the building and make insulation wet. Blamed it on other contractors (nothing to do with them), refused to rectify the issue and then aggressively chased for final payment on an incomplete job. Had to get a professional contractor in to fix the issue. Only use Crystal clear if you are prepared to pay someone else to finish their work - I suggest getting professionals in the first place. A truly awful company and one we will never use ever again. The photo shows the large gaps around the windows.

Crystal Clear recently replaced our top and bottom floor bay windows and a few additional windows in our Victorian terraced house. Really clear communications, got our specific requirements (timber rather than MDF surrounds), good showroom, no hard salesmanship and good price. Their Team (Steve and Laurence) worked really hard, collaborated well with our stonemason (who we asked to make stonework repairs around the windows), and left things really clean and tidy at the end of each day.

Great service provided by Steve and Jason. Had single glazing before and bit the bullet to have double glazing installed. Really noticed the difference. Great install and chaps were very friendly, they did like cups of tea..and was happy to provide! Gay friendly company so I'd recommend

terrible company,. avoid. gaps left around windows which exposed insulation. water leaked in. then they try and blame every other contractor on the job (it is the windows company's job to make sure the windows are seal). Dodgy billing when they billed for 17k when only 4k was due, no apology. avoid at all costs.
