They ran out of money before our windows were delivered, but after I had paid 11k deposit. They could not complete our order,
Increased their charges half way though knowing we had no option and only managed to get the windows because I had to pay one of the fitter direct.
Windows were delivered to their premises. Landlord had not been paid and windows were left outside the industrial unit until someone moved them into the communal reception area.
Eventually I arranged for family members to get access to building to get windows released.
The complete order was not delivered and still missing two cills.
Director, James, refused to take any calls for about 6 weeks, emails bounced back and generally made our lives hell.
I still have not been able to speak to James for about two months and can say he has been a nightmare to deal with.
Keep clear.... rouge trader!
