Panoramic Windows and Doors - Double Glazing Bristol

So far so good! We are still waiting for our installation, but our experience with the team at Panoramic has been really good. The sales team were informative, impartial and not pushy at all. The surveyors visit was booked in very quickly and he was very thorough and professional. The installation team have been very informative and helpful too. We have had updates via email and follow up texts to prompt a check of my emails. All the processes and digital signing has been hassle free and very useful. They were also very accommodating and understanding when we had to remove one of our windows from the order, we were also lucky that the order hadn't been processed fully at this time. Based on our experiences so far, we would really recommend them! e were looking for a new door since our old wooden door was swollen and was becoming a real problem. I popped into Panoramic on the off chance to take a look at some example doors. I got chatting to Andy who was really open and knowledgeable about the product they sold, how it compared to other suppliers and what Panoramic did differently. From that experience, to the home visit, measuring up and finally installation, all the team were great and the final product is just what we wanted. Id use Panoramic again and would definitely recommend to anyone asking for similar products or services that they offer!

Having my new patio doors installed with panoramic windows has been faultless. I went to a few companies and the customer service was excellent from the sales to the installation. I am very happy with them so far and I am sure should I have any issues I have confidence that panoramic will be responsive. Thank you.

Just had new windows installed. Slight hiccup when one of our wooden lintels was found to be rotten, but Panoramic were helpful and patient while we got this replaced. Staff were all friendly and communication was excellent. Fitters were polite and obviously knowledgable. Cleared up after completing works. So far, we're really pleased with final outcome.
