We are regular shoppers at the Sherbourne store and since moving to North Dorset have added some completely unique soft furnishings and decorative items for our home. After a trip to Bath this week we had a look around this much bigger store over two floors and once again found a reason to buy!. This time a fantastic tall brass candlestick with palm leaf designed top - never seen anything like it. They only had one and we needed two more - so despite the fact that this item had sold out on line within just a few days, Liz at head office personally arranged for two more to be collected from two different stores, much further away and made a now very loyal customer extremely happy. What a breath of fresh air to deal with a truly customer centric business - authentically so and not just a slogan. Well done Liz and all at Biggie "The Best!" Thank you very much.

Our daughter purchased a stick room freshener from Biggie Nest for us which we are very pleased with and I would say the best we've ever had. Based on this we then visited your Clifton shop and purchased further Biggie Best products including a 15.00 candle. We were a little apprehensive as we've bought many candles as these in the past and have been very disappointed as they have had no real smell to them. We've just had the candle burning for the past couple of hours and are very disappointed as the candle doesn't send out anything that resembles a pleasant room freshener. Well we won't be back to waste our money again.
