        The damp work was carried out to a reasonable standard, however they completely ruined our carpets - they cut them in several places and also left big stains. Despite the fact we have photos that prove the damage was caused by them, they refused to reimburse us for the cost of replacing the carpets (100). We paid 1780 for the damp work - Darren told us that they were more expensive than most other Bristol companies but that's because they're the best. We are feeling a bit ripped off, to say the least.
