        Ordered a TV case shown as in-stock and same day dispatch, and paid extra for next day delivery. Phoned them 3 days later, on hold for 20 minutes, then fobbed off and told "it might leave our warehouse tomorrow". The usual scam of claiming things are in stock to secure your order. Order cancelled and reported to PayPal.

        Bought Avtex smart TV from these people via caravan club totally unhelpful Dont buy anything from this company they are Awful, god help bailey customers who have to deal with them, customer service team seam to be lost in the 1970s somewhere

        Ordered some times one was weight upgrade. Despatch due date 31st March. They have sat in Despatch for 4 days and the over Easter. Stoll not sent on Tuesday. Shocking service.

        Ordered a part that was in stock and paid for next day Dpd delivery. After 2 days I rang and was told it is still with the warehouse and had not been dispatched. Ordered with next day delivery because it was urgent. All the customer service assistant could say was I could cancel if I wanted to. Poor service. Update, After 3 days, the part was finally dispatched and came the next day. Maybe they should say it will be dispatched within 3-4 days or even if the customer services had told me when it would be dispatched.
