I had a fantastic experience purchasing a VW ID3 from Mohammed Hassan. He was friendly, extremely organised, had great communication and answered all of my questions which made it an all round fantastic experience! I particularly liked his gentle, kind nature. Thank you Mohammed!

Went in to look at a Arteon and was dealt with by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson called Muhammad, test drove and liked the vehicle and started discussions on a deal. Was offered lower than webuyanycar by a mile and was told by Muhammad that he would get his sales manager to call me.....2 days on and no call. Won't be buying or even considering them again. Shame as initial contact was very positive.

Purchased car a year ago from heritage Bristol VW went in for repair and it needed a new engine which they changed under warranty but was still made to pay 1500 towards costs and it took them approx. 10 weeks to sort. Called them regularly for updates and it took us about 5 phone calls each day to try and speak with someone for update on numrous occasions. The after service is disgraceful. Manager told us car was ready so drove for one and a half hours to collect the car only to be told 'why are you here' cars not ready. During the 10 weeks they would not even offer a courtesy car. I would never buy a car from them again

Someone commented on the fact if you are an existing customer (as opposed to looking to buy) then you are just another number to them! Couldnt be more correct. Terrible service & quite frankly rude members of staff. I was waiting at the service reception to ask about getting a replacement key fob after purchasing a vw yesterday, absolutely no one acknowledged me for a good ten minutes. One bloke was sat chatting away to his colleague, staring at me, trying to create some sort of weird eye contact & didnt even think to get up and check if I needed assistance. Others were at their computers, which are weirdly, in the reception area? So they can very much see you. (Just chose not to acknowledge) fair enough if it was one person there, but there were at least 6/7 people who saw me. I was eventually served, but not in a nice way & most certainly no apology for leaving me stood there for 10 mins. I understand everyone has bad days, but to me, it really worries me when an entire shop floor looks that miserable & unfriendly and quite frankly, its completely put me off going there again, Im quite gutted about this as Ive literally just bought my first VW and it really did dishearten me from the whole experience.

Bought a car in November - noticed a chip in the windscreen car was brought in for repair to have this removed as it is a large crack. And it was just filled with Resin. Which makes no difference in appearance and the crack is still there. Have tried to email and contact the sales man CHRIS but seem to just be ignored, if you're spending a lot of money on a car I would have thought due to the size of the crack and with it being main dealer they would have sorted this. Had an MOT done the week I picked it up and It was never flagged on an MOT when its dead central of the windscreen and isn't a small crack. I have a service package so I am due to be coming in to have a service soon but feel disheartened that no one honor's there promise and as soon as i bought the car your treated as if they don't care. Not what i expected my next car will be from somewhere else for sure...
