My 9 month old van has a warning light on. A three month wait to get this looked at is unacceptable. Im taking to be seen in london (only a two month wait!!!). Great vans but VW servicing is broken.

Absolutely no resource. Having to wait 3 months for a basic service. Last time the van went in with issues we had to wait 2 months for a booking and then only half the items were fixed. Very poor completely under resourced dealership.
