It was mine and my little pups first time going to the vets and the staff were so warm and welcoming and made us both feel so at home. The lady who did all the medical stuff was amazing and helped breakdown what the next steps were and the best options when it came to pet care plans and the lady in the front desk was so informative and got sorted it all while I was juggling puppy and paperwork.
