        My cat has a sensitive stomach and the brand of food she likes had an ingredient change that trigger terrible sickness. I was so impressed that Jo at Patchway vets helped me to move across and get an appointment on the same day. She was so kind and reassuring. When we got to the vets, I had Kathleen see my cat Alena. Alena is normally very hissy around new people and although she was scared she allowed Kathleen to stroke her so I knew immediately that transferring to Patchway was the best decision I could have made. Kathleen gave her anti sickness medication and didn't try to convince me to get extra unnecessary tests (my experience at other vets). Thank you for treating my baby so well, Kathleen. Very glad to be registered with a vet that clearly loves the animals they work with. I feel secure in the knowledge that if Alena needs any follow ups, she will be in the very best and kindest hands!
