        You guys at vet4pets emersons are amazing - you were so so helpful with us and baggy, and even sent us a beautiful card after his passing, I loved it but it set me off. You really care about the pets and the human owners, easy to contact and chat to - fab :) well be back when we have other pets & we know you did everything possible for our much loved baggy

        Every contact I had was helpful, Amy one the nurses was extremely kind with my anxious dog. She understood her needs and went at her pace allowing me to stay while she was anaesthetised. I felt very comfortable with Frankie in her care.

        Sadly our pooch passed away after an emergency appointment. But the secretary staff and vet, were quick to act, explain what needed to be done, what would happen, rough estimated price, concerns and gave her the best care possible whilst in their hands. Thank you to all the staff as well as vet Phil.
