        from the first phone call to book my dogs annual check through to the visit everyone was outstanding. The receptionist i spoke to when i booked in took detailed notes of my dogs needs - he can be reactive and very unhappy in small rooms. Notes were made to enable the appointment that was made to run smoothly. I called on the day to make sure everything was in placed and was again given assurance. On arrival we were able to come in from the back and the nurse we saw was fab, she was calm with my dog and he was the best we could of expected - infact better so i was very happy
