Kind, caring, professional, detailed, clean. Used the emergency veterinary hospital. Unfortunately it was a sad ending, but even then they didn't rush me, explained everything and gave me time with my pet. Received beautiful condolence cards and are dealing directly with insurance. Now will register all other animals with them.

Excellent service from all the staff at Rowe vets to Winterbourne and yate and especially the Rowe hospital at Bradley Stoke. They were amazing with Harvey when he was ill and looked after him. Sadly, he's gone to doggy heaven. But thank you all for your kind support.

We have been meaning to post this review for a while. Our Cocker Spaniel Thistle had an unfortunate accident back in September 2022 with some barbed wire and had to have reconstructive surgery on his little man..... We were referred to Rowe and he was very well looked after and was affectionally know as 'Thistle and his Whistle'. We had to visit the vets every day for the following weeks as so his 'whistle' could get flushed and checked. All his bits work and he was a happy boy soon enough! The Nurses were fantastic and very happy to see him every time we went in.

Very caring and professional vets. Estimates given for treatments which for emergencies is expensive, like most vets are.
