Emerson's Green Veterinary Surgery

I have always had a great experience at Emersons Green vets. Everyone is so patient, calm and really understands how to treat a nervous dog like Mia who has shown she can trust anyone that has treated her here. I've even had follow-up calls which was a lovely surprise and just shows the dedication the of the staff. A huge Thank you! To you all.

Would recommend Emersons Vets to anyone. They are so friendly and thorough when I take my rabbits to their appointments.

I recently lost my first pet (Casey the guinea pig) after rescuing her in October. She began feeling unwell so I rang up and was able to be seen within 2 hours. Sadly she had to be put to sleep but from start to finish everyone I dealt with were so lovely and friendly. I don't leave many reviews but wanted to anyway. This morning however I received a card with a nice message and some forget me not seeds how could I not leave this review! Above and beyond service! Thankyou so much guys

I saw Sarah the vet with my cat. She was thorough, understanding and compassionate. The receptionist was also very welcoming and knowledgeable, explaining how the insurance claim would work. I highly recommend.
