On Friday the 6th May 22 I called about a van which had been advertised on EBay for 27 days I was asking a few questions that only the gaffa knows about I did get we are getting calls as long as my arms for this van. Waiting for the gaffa to call me back who ever he is I'm not sure. Friday passes I then call on Saturday the 7th after speaking to someone there they had a que of people looking at the van so if I'm interested then it can be urs if you secure it with a holding deposit when would it be possible for you to come down to my reply was not until Monday OK said the person on the otherside of the phone call I need to call the gaffa I could hear him on the otherside of the phone saying take a 100 holding deposit till Monday then I asked can you ask him if I don't want the van for any reason then its fully refunded oh yes he replied its only to secure people from looking at it if you don't want it I'll just call the people back on the list. OK so I gave them a holding deposit I made it there at 350pm on monday the 9th to which when I arrived I was told we are closing in 10min even thou on Google it says 5pm. I had a look around the van asked a few questions the said person I was dealing with said I will get the gaffa to call you after driving home over 110 miles I since changed my mind as I felt that there's been no honesty when I called at 155pm they had a perfect opportunity to say we close at 4 when I told them my arrival time but never I didn't have enough time to test drive the van and still have not heard off the gaffa how ever I have asked for my deposit back with a reply I will have to speak with the gaffa and still no deposit and still no phone call. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS THESE ARE NO GENTLE MAN SALES PEOPLE IF THEY WAS THEY WOULD STICK TO THERE WORDS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Real honest people I drove the van home it wasn't just what I wanted and they bent over backwards to help me full refund although I didn't think it would happen they went out there way to get me what I wanted can't thanks them enough
