        Awful customer service. Even though 3 waiting to be seen at servicing reception (was lunchtime) 3 suited managers in a back office obviously decided it was beneath them to serve. Was concerned as sports car was serviced last year by this main dealer and had some issues but miraculously the issues (including rust) had disappeared. When queried was told it was a mechanics "matter of opinion" and that if any issues are not mentioned they will not be looked for & car's history with the main dealer is not reviewed. There were other issues but too much for here. Explained that was using main dealer servicing as thought they would recognise common issues between cars but apparently the consumer has to diagnose these first as they were only doing the 34 checks for the over 300 service!

        After long time service my car with it 3 times dont care about you , make appointment and find out no cant fix and keep your car for a day I give up with Toyota south
