I saw a car online, contact them and request a video about the car,no one sent it to me ,after 10 days one of the sales team told me to pay deposit then they can send me the video,I paid the deposit and I was told this time they dont do the video about the car at all. I booked an appointment and I paid for train and Uber and travelled 4 hours and went there to see the car as they told me on a phone the car is in a perfect condition.I was waiting for 30 min to talk to someone despite had an appointment so asked the receptionist to bring the car for me to see. I was told on phone that they refurbished the wheels and tyres are in a good condition. Rear tyres were illegal and all 4 wheels had damages,also there were scratches around the car. I told them the sales person and he told ,yes it is what it is and I can go back home. I asked to talk to his manager.the managers were nice people (Adam and Rob) They accepted that the tyres are not good and reduced 250 for me to replace the tyres. I bought the car and was driving back to Essex And suddenly Engine management light came up and later another warning lights on my way back. I contacted them and they asked me to take the car to RAC garage.noticed that the rear Passenger side window doesnt as well and there is noise from air condition blower motor. The garage checked the car and they paid and fixed the issue but the garage advice on other things (propshaft coupling is split and both rear and front disc & pads worn) but they didnt accept to pay for these issues which I have to pay. Before I bought the car I checked their website and was impressed with the marketing video and happy customer so I thought they checked the car before handed to their clients. The after sales team behaviour toward me wasnt nice and sales team dont tell you the truth.they sold the car with many issues to me.

Mister Mirgen Zyfi been a amazing sales man, not pushy at all the whole experience was great and straight forward, everybody been lovely. But this man deserve a big big pay rise!!
