I attended Southwest Motors on Saturday 22nd of April to view a VW Touran. Initial thoughts when approaching the dealership were sketchy as its location was not what Im used to, however, that was immediately changed with the warm welcome smile of the team. The car I was interested in was ready and indoors in case it rained, it looked better than I expected and was very clean and well presented. I was accompanied on the test drive by Jay, conversation was easy and not forced. Definitely making the process more comforting. The experience was so good I left buying a car. Unfortunately, for personal reasons I was unable to commit to the purchase. When it comes to great customer service South West motors definitely have the bar set high, attention to detail, warm and comfortable environment, great communication and they truly try and go the extra mile. If you have ever had a dealership experience which has left you feeling intimidated or uneasy I urge you to give the boys at South West motors a visit to understand what customer service with excellence looks like in the motor trade.

Excellent service provided by the team. Super simple part exchange. Slight problem with the car I purchased which was handled and sorted superbly. Amazing communication and these guys go out of their way to ensure that the customers get the best possible service. Will absolutely return.
