I love my car which was purchased from Auto Exchange Bristol. Auto Exchange Bristol were professional and made it easy to view the car and pick it up when it suited us. The car was presented perfectly and feels exactly like a brand new car. Paperwork was easy to understand and all options explained to us. I would recommend Auto Exchange Bristol to anyone looking for a great car.

Update Over 3 months since the faulty car was collected we still have no refund and I have filed a legal case to get our money back. Absolute disgrace. Awful service. Car was faulty and broke down the first time we drove it, it was recovered by Auto Exchange Bristol in August and we've never had it back. We never received a log book, despite Chris assuring us time and time again it would come. The area manager, Pablo ignores requests for a refund, keeps the car and our money. He tells Nev to tell us "it's being dealt with" then ignores us for months. Taking court action is our only hope of seeing our money again it seems!

Apaulling service. We bought a car for a substantial amount in February and we have had nothing but issues. It has been back twice due to faults and we have now been completely ignored for 2 weeks...completely unacceptable, even after formal complaints. They have our car, we have literally driven it for a week if that since February. Customer service is appalling. We now have no option but to attempt legal proceedings to get our money back. So since this has occurred we were given a death trap of a loan car which had an engine malfunction. Our right to reject and request a refund under consumers rights act 2015 article 24 is being ignored. You can clearly see fake reviews on here
