Bought an Audi A1 in May 2021. Drove all the way from Sunderland to collect the car. Very friendly and helpful staff and never had any issue with the car considering it was cheapest we found on Internet. Just for that reason we bought another car yesterday from these guys an A Class. Bought a Golf FSI took back twice to get the exhaust light dealt with. Met with aggressive actions when asked for a refund. Just got the car MOT after 6 months and well it does not make good reading. Buyer Beware You want honesty maybe tell people the truth and do not blame car problems on them. Do not use a diagnostic machine to say your car is healthy while hiding the faults under the other windows. Get the car inspected before purchase check MOT failures and if the dealer has taken it down a garage ask for the inspection report and not a piece of tube, Do not except that oxygen sensors do not like the cold or number 2 spark plug is broke. When the fact is the engine over idles and emissions fail. A four week warranty is not a warranty its a joke. If your told you have no rights get in touch with Citizens Advice and trading standards. Disclaimer please be aware of fake reviews and using the credibility of The AA that you are not signed up with to sell cars. Some car photos never show full reg plate so you can not search up the MOT. A lesson do your homework or you will be giving your local garage all the work. They say they are a small business but look up Sky Motors Ilford which is where the HQ is and where most of those flashy photos are taken. Please also look up Sky Motors Yorkshire. Do not test drive a car that does not have a MOT because it is dangerous and may void your insurance if something bad happens and the car is unroadworthy. Knocking off the L and respelling it as one word will not change anything. Your porter cabin in in better Nick than your cars. To sniff out fake profiles look for reviews from contributors close to Ilford, or East London. Also look for one review and a lack of detail, like someone who really does not want to type. The other is people with related names or similar letters at start of forenames and surnames.

Bought a honda civic with a reicpt for a service carried out by sky motors in February just had a full service by a professional mechanic and he told me that it hasn't been serviced in a very long time please please be aware they do tell lies
