        Helpful and friendly. They helped me choose the right van for the job and the right type of engine so I'm not charged when entering clean air zones.

        Not at all professional, they had over a week to prepare for me coming to collect a 12000 van, on the morning of pick up phone call to say a minor problem as engine management light came on but not to worry as only small problem that was fixable, when getting there the van was filthy and someone was fixing the battery , when asked to have a test drive we were told no, left the van there. Terrible customer service
