        Very overdue review as I keep forgetting to write one. Tom in Bristol has been great, I purchased a ford fiesta and although it did have some minor issues at first they were quickly resolved.

        We have bought a BMW 1 series M Sport from them and couldnt be more happier with the car! Sale went smooth and everything was spot on!! Many thanks to Tom for everything!!! 100% recommend!

        Paid deposit for a car with a known issue, wasn't resolved after 3 weeks. Was told it would be ready by the end a week finally so took time off work to collect only to be told it still had issues and was "driveable but would need to come back for repairs", then refused to return my deposit. The weirdest part was that it was suggested it had cost them money getting the car ready/repaired for me as if it wouldn't have been done otherwise - as if somehow they would've just sold it to someone else with the issue? Trust their cars as much as their customer service.
