Andy and Martin were fantastic to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Was looking for a car for my nan and they found us the perfect one, and made sure everything went smoothly from the viewing/test drive, part exchange to taking the new car home. Will be back when it's time to look for the next car.

I got a scirocco R from surecar direct back in October 2022 and they have been fantastic, Martin is a star and helped me with any issues that came up. I highly recommend them for your next car buy. Cant fault them at all. Thanks to Martin and the team for the best customer service ever !

Update. Vehicle looked at by an mot tester had clearly been involved in a collision prior to selling. Bought for 9k 4 months ago and have already had to take back to the garage 3 times. 130 lost today because they did a dodgy job of fixing the crash sensor wiring and an advisory for the crash sensor bracket on the other side. Martin was pleasant but other member of staff there proceeded to tell me the world didn't revolve around me when I had to take my car in twice in the first few weeks of buying. Not what you would expect from a 9k car. Will not ever use again. Unreliable. Bought an Audi A3 from Martin at Surecar. Had to take the car into the garage and they gave me a Q2 as a courtesy car. All minor fixes within 24 hours and they went above and beyond by ordering me a new key, boot liner and replacing the number plates. Car was then valeted to a high standard upon collection. would recommend, very friendly service. Thank you
