Just advise you don't buy your car from cazoo as they just hide the imperfections under the polish so when you wash your car you will realise.

Would be zero stars but that isn't an option. Manager was very interested an extremely unhelpful, we had purchased an elecric car with very low milage, which was registered in 2021, when we turned it on it stated service -9 days. We were told as low miles it didn't need a service (which their website states it gets) I stated a service is needed at 10k miles or 1 year which ever happens first. We offered to take it to our garage for a service which they refused. So we asked if they could deliver the car to our address after they had serviced it, they refused. We had paid in full so we were stuck so we left. We called customer services and explained they stated they couldn't do anything and we had to collect the car when the service was complete, they would look into it then!! as they had our money they didn't give a s... I have previously bought a car from a main deals and made to feel very special. With cazoo I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth. We couldn't collect our car due to their incompetence but now we are expected to take time off work again to do an hour long drive to try and collect the car on another day. Not even an apology!!

Ordered a car over 2 weeks ago, waste of time. I asked for refund deposit and its will take up to 5 days. Soo 3 Weeks without car.

Bought car last year from Cazoo. Has come up to first MOT and service as I paid extra for 3 year coverage with them. Booked MOT they found problems told me they would get back to me about fixing them and rebooking my MOT to get it passed now 11 days later after numerous emails and phone calls I am still waiting for someone to call back or email and arrange for my vehicle to have the repairs. I have surpassed the 10 days in which the car was valid to drive so it is now illegal to do so and I have to find other means of transport to work costing me more money out of my own pocket and potentially missing work entirely. Horrible experience with the customer service because they just never get back to you. Wouldnt recommend anyone ever to even buy a car with Cazoo let alone sign up and pay extra for the servicing plan they offer. It may be more hassle going and viewing cars but please go and do it because companies like Cazoo do not care for the customer one single bit. DO NOT BUY WITH CAZOO!
