Excellent customer service - faultless. Quick to respond, reasonable price, collection and delivery of sofa cushions included. They have breathed new life into our old sofa. We will be back when we are ready to get out bottom cushions done. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend The Cushion Refilling Company enough! They offer a thoroughly professional but personal service - emails are answered promptly and personally (no automated responses) and no dead end chatbots either! I am very pleased with the end results. Although they are not the cheapest, they are well worth the price paid. My thanks once again to Vickie, David and Sue and all the other team members.

Thank you so much to The Cushion Refilling Co for my fantastic sofa cushion inserts! My sofa is now comfortable and supportive and no more plumping! Yey! I didn't realise how bad my old cushions were until I got new ones. My Loaf Boho sofa is less than 2 years old but the feather wrapped fibre cushions it came with quickly became too much hassle to plump, lost their shape and were really uncomfortable. I've attached a before and after pic...what a difference! I was really impressed with the collection and delivery service too. It went off without a hitch. The turn around time for my cushions was quoted at 3-4 weeks but it ended up being a lot less than that. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was really lovely and helpful. It was worth every penny to get my sofa cushions sorted and I will be recommending you to friends and family.
