A very friendly company always gives a service with a smile. A good company which does a good door to door service and excellent customer service as well as helpful to cater for needs and requirements. Good value for money and always on time.

This firm is not great little support for customers. Refused to transport my partner who has dementia. She removed her seat belt. There was no attendant on the van to help her with this. Their solution was to refuse further transport.

We are new to this service. It has been assigned to take my Mother-in-law to a day centre once per week. We were told that she would receive One to One service as her dementia means she gets confused and scared. She is also incontinent. The journey should take no more than 20 minutes. On the first occasion she was bundled in with three other people and it took 2 hours for her to arrive home. After complaining we were told the manager had been on holiday and all would be well for the next weeks journeys. Well the pick up times are never adhered to and on phone call there is a new excuse (We don't have enough drivers etc. etc.). Now today after failing to keep to the collection time we are told she has to share again. My wife called up and was brought to tears by the manager who is apparently 68 and is only a volunteer. Also she should be more compassionate because there has been a fatal crash that's affected all traffic. I am sure if she was aware of this crash she would be sympathetic to all those involved. Accessible Transport 4 U if you cannot cover your commitments then hand the job to a company that can and stop taking money for a service you simply cannot provide !!
